We stayed in this villa in june '09 for 2 weeks, when we arrived we were very impressed,house was lovely and clean, lots of extras(comfy beds, lots of fresh clean linen, tv in every room, plenty of cooking utensil and much more), very much home from home, no expense had been spared, some days it was a shame you to had to go out, as there was so much to do there ie,pool, games room, even a gym not 2 minutes away.The first day we were there the phone rang and it was the owner Aiden to see if everything was ok,which we have never had before, nice touch.We were about 10 minutes from disney, depending on the traffic and about 30 minutes from universal all very easy to get to.there are obviously plenty of places to eat around this area, the chinese all you can eat on the 192 well worth a visit as is the Red lobster and the Black Angus plus many more,also there is a huge publics and wallmart, if you prefer to eat in, oh and there are also plenty of places to do some serious shopping, for the discounted designer outlet we used Premium outlet which was about 15 minutes away off of the i4 and for the posh shops we used the Mall at Malania, I would defenatley recommend this property to friends and have done so already,This is defenatley a holiday home not to be missed, happy holidays

Our stay in the Cosmopolitan Villa was the 'silver lining' of an extended stay in Orlando due to the Icelandic Volcano ash cloud.
We've stayed in many villas in Orlando and elsewhere in the region and this property really is a 5 star destination.
Every member of the family is well cared for in the property and the little touches really make it a 'home from home'. The villa is equipped with everything you need to have a very comfortable, relaxing stay in Florida.
The resort has a very relaxed atmosphere and includes an excellent club house with a nice pool and other facilities; the staff at the clubhouse are very helpful.
Location wise the property couldn't be better; close enough for access to everything that Orlando (and the Gulf Coast) has to offer but far enough out to be peaceful and quiet. Shops and Restaurants are close by to provide all the usual essentials you need to make your stay enjoyable.
The excellent personal attention from Karen and Aidan is the perfect icing on a very nice cake!
Recommended for: Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities

We really enjoyed every mintute of our stay to the Cosmopolitan Villa Solana Resort. It was quiet, secure, fun and closed to all what we expected to go for our fist trip to Florida. We used the pool and the games room every day/night of our stay. Disney was less than 15 minutes from our villa. We went see the crocodiles at less than 1 hour from our villa. All the children were excited in listening Captain Tom's histories and having a ride on his airboat. We really appreciated the entertainment available at Karen & Aidan's villa and the proximity of nice restaurants, great stores and night life. Thank you Karen & Aidan for a trip that my husband, nephew, niece, sister, brother-in-law and I will remember all of our life.

When my wife and I decided to take our 3 kids to Florida, we were bombarded with emails from villa owners keen to get our business. But the owners of Cosmopolitan Villa - Aidan and Karen - were the only ones to call us direct and offer friendly advice on where to stay and when to go without giving us the hard sell.
It was the start of a very personal service offered by Aidan and Karen. Both answered many questions we had via email before our trip in March 2010 and it made us feel very comfortable in booking with them.
Upon arriving at the Solana Resort and opening the front door of the Cosmopolitan Villa, we were not disappointed. It is a beautiful, first-class home on a wonderful gated community complete with its own clubhouse, pool and other amenities.
Arriving late from the UK can create problems in terms of shopping etc but it's the personal touches at Cosmopolitan that helped us settle in right away - little things like coffee and sugar in the cupboard and toilet rolls in the bathrooms can go a long way.
The villa is truly breathtaking. There is a formal lounge/diner which we didn't need to use and that opens into a massive kitchen/diner/family room, complete with large TV, Wii and wide selection of DVDs and books to pass the odd rainy afternoon.
Two master bedrooms complete with en suite, two further rooms with two beds in each and we had plenty of room for myself, my wife and children aged 8, 6 and 2.
Step outside and you enter one of my children's favourite areas - our very own swimming pool ! It is a good-sized pool which can be heated in the winter months and comes complete with a jacuzzi. Although we were there in a rather chilly March, the water was balmy as we arranged to have it heated. It is an ideal way to spend a few hours away from the hectic parks. In fact, we loved our villa so much that we cancelled a trip to Busch Gardens on our second-to-last day in order to hang out at our pool.
And the double garage has been converted into a cool games room that saw our family compete in some rather 'serious' air hockey tournaments. There is also an excellent pool table and table football.
When booking a villa, you never quite know what you're getting. But I would recommend the Cosmopolitan Villa to anyone travelling to Florida. It is well placed for the parks, is clean, big and stunning.
It offered us luxurious living at an affordable price and a personal service from the owners. We will be back for more and will never 'hotel' again.

This was our second time staying in Solana, found the house very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Location is ideal for families with young children. It's close enough to Disney to make it a reasonably commute but not so close that the holiday is all about Disney alone!! Pool toys were enjoyed by our children and the range of books/DVD's were enjoyed by the adults!! Super house to relax and unwind after a days shopping or walking around the parks.

The house was everything that we were expecting! The dealings with Karen and Aidan (the owners) was a joy. Honest, straightforward, prompt and punctual. Deposit returned after the rental within days. The house was immaculate and very well appointed and had lots of facilities from iPod dock to loads of TVs and could not fault it. Even the cleaning staff where delightful. Overall experience was great and very friendly and a very comfortable house.

We’ve just returned from a wonderful holiday in your top quality villa. It was the first time the whole family had holidayed together and all generations thoroughly enjoyed it. It was such a nice villa, facilities and furnishings were excellent and there were loads of toys for all ages ( we probably spent way too much time on the Nintendo Wii ).
I personally enjoyed the dishwasher, which is normally my job when not on holiday.
Renting your villa provided a much more relaxed, flexible base for our holiday, visiting all of the major attractions, eating both in and out. The availability of the resort clubhouse was definitely a bonus, the kids loved the resort pool and the parents loved the villa pool when the kids were at the resort pool with the grandparents !
Organising the family holiday with you, was quite literally like organising a trip with friends, I’m really looking forward to returning. Keep up the good work.
