All
prices are per week and are inclusive of taxes. Extra
days are calculated pro-rata.
Please note: Our rates are costed in GBP (Pounds Sterling)
and converted to US Dollars at the prevailing market rate - please contact
us for current rates in US Dollars.
An
additional charge of £15 ($25) per day is applicable should you
wish the pool heated - please note that the pool heater will be required
for full use of the spa.
We
can also provide a cot/crib, high chair, baby bath, and baby monitor on
request free of charge, If you require additional items the hire can be
arranged on your behalf - just ask us for details.
For the safety and comfort of all our guests, Cosmopolitan
Villa is a No Smoking villa, and Pets are not allowed.
Terms and Conditions Of Booking

Please contact us
for our full terms and conditions, however here are the main points
to note.
A £125 or $225 per week deposit is required
to confirm the booking ( reservations cannot be guaranteed until
receipt of deposit payment )
Final payment is due at least 8 weeks prior
to travelling.
We also ask for a small security deposit to
be paid, which will be refunded within 28 days of your vacation
ending, dependent on a property inspection.
Cancellations
- More than 8 weeks prior, 25% of the cost
of the villa rental.
- Between 8 and 4 weeks prior, 50% of the
cost of the villa rental.
- Less than 4 weeks notice will result in
the full cost being paid.
